PlanProof is a documentation assistant for sole-trader NDIS support workers. It converts rough session notes into clinically aligned documentation using an embedded NDIS framework reference covering:

• All three budget categories (Core, Capacity Building, Capital) with all streams
• Specific support types (SIL, SDA, STA, MTA, BSP, SC levels, Recovery Coach, therapy supports)
• The six limbs of Reasonable and Necessary (Section 34, NDIS Act)
• Functional capacity domains (aligned with 2026 Impairment Notice framework)
• Section 10 supports lists (what is / is not funded)
• Common escalation patterns for identifying emerging support needs
• Evidence standards planners actually use

Data storage: Your data is stored in your own Firebase/Firestore project, in Australia, accessible only by you (authenticated). AI calls are proxied through your Cloudflare Worker so your Anthropic API key stays server-side. Anthropic's API does not use your data for training.

Not a substitute for: formal clinical assessment, diagnosis, or NDIA funding determinations. All output should be reviewed for accuracy before sending. YOU are the record-creator — the AI is a drafting tool.

Framework currency: The embedded NDIS framework reflects guidelines current as at April 2026. NDIA updates guidelines approximately annually. Request an update to the framework module when major changes are released.
